These terms apply when you use duhidigitalhub.com (the "site"), including accounts, free tools, the community and links to our products. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share logins to paid products or member areas.
• Tell us at johnduhi@duhidigitalhub.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2. Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
• No spam, unsolicited ads, affiliate links or repeated self-promotion.
• Do not share paid product files, logins or pirated content.
• Only post content and images you have the right to share. Do not post other people's personal information.
• No illegal, sexually explicit or misleading content.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and display it on the site so the community can work. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we can do so without notice.

3. Free tools and information

Our free tools, calculators and guides are provided "as is" to help you. Results such as royalty estimates, sizes and margins are estimates based on publicly available information that can change. Always check the final details in Amazon KDP, ACX or your printer before you publish. You are responsible for the books and files you create.

4. Products and purchases

5. No earnings guarantee

We teach and provide tools for self-publishing, but we do not promise any income. Results depend on your effort, niche, market and many other factors. Examples on the site are not typical results or guarantees.

6. Trademarks

Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Audible and ACX are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Duhi Digital Hub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies.

7. Our content

The site design, text, prompts, tools and product materials belong to Duhi Digital Hub or its licensors. You may use them for your own publishing work, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts or our systems, and do not use the site for anything illegal.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Duhi Digital Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
